Can I get a canvas print the same day in Houston?
Yes. Most orders are ready in about 1 to 2 hours. You can order in our store at Willowbrook Mall or order on our website and pick it up at the store. Very large sizes take at least 2 hours.

We are inside Willowbrook Mall, 2000 Willowbrook Mall Dr, Suite 1400, Houston, TX 77070. You can call us at (832) 868-9070.
What are your store hours?
Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday to Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 9 PM.
Do you make memorial canvases?
Yes. Many of our customers bring us a photo of a loved one they have lost. We take extra care with every memorial canvas and we are happy to help you pick the right size and fix the photo if needed.
How much does a custom canvas cost?
Custom photo canvas prints start at $40. The price depends on the size you choose.
Can you print a low quality photo from my phone?
Yes. We check every photo before printing, and we have software that can improve low quality photos. If a photo is too small for the size you want, we will let you know before we print.
Do you edit or restore old photos?
Yes. Some small fixes are free. Bigger edits, like restoring an old photo or changing the background, usually cost $10 extra. You can bring printed photos too, we can scan them.
How do I place an order?
You can come to our store at Willowbrook Mall, or upload your photo on our website and choose store pickup or shipping. Payment is taken when you place the order, in the store or online.
Can I pay when I pick up my order?
No. We take payment when the order is placed. We had too many canvases that were never picked up, so we had to change this rule.
Can I return a custom canvas?
Custom canvases can not be returned, because a print of your personal photo can not be sold to anyone else. If something is wrong because of our mistake, we will reprint it for you one time.
What is the largest size you can print?
Our largest size is 54 x 96 inches. It needs at least 2 hours, and you will need a truck or a large van to pick it up.
Can you make a photo collage?
Yes. We can put up to 15 photos on one canvas. If you want more photos, ask us and we will find another way to do it. Collages with more than 4 photos have a $10 editing fee.
What is your canvas made of?
We print on thick canvas with HP Latex inks, and every canvas is hand-stretched on a 1.5 inch pine frame. It comes ready to hang.
Do you ship outside Houston?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the USA. Shipping is free on orders over $100. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer gift wrapping right now. Very large sizes do not fit in a carry bag, so we cover the front with a plastic sheet to keep the canvas safe on the way home.
Shipping questions
How will my package be shipped?
We work with Fedex, UPS or USPS. Depending on how complex the shipping address is we will select the most efficient company to ship your canvas to you. USPS shipments are usually reserved for promotional sales.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
When will my order arrive? Can I track my order?
Canvas prints usually ship within 2 business days after purchase if ordered before 1 PM CT. Stretched prints on canvas usually ship within 3 business days if ordered before 1 PM CT.

Is there a discount if I order more than one unit?
Yes. Our boxes can take two canvases at a time so the second canvas you purchase will have a 50% discount on the shipping charge.

BESTOFCANVAS.COM manufactures and ships from warehouses in Houston, Texas.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories are excluded.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are not shipping internationally.
