We want you to be 100% happy with your Best of Canvas purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within ten (10) days from the date of shipment  subject to the exceptions and restrictions listed below;

a) In cases where the return/refund is due to your order arriving damaged or with a defect confirmed by us, take a photograph of the defective product and send the photograph to sales@bestofcanvas.com  Upon receipt of the product or the photograph we will at our discretion either provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your cost of return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges may apply to orders with free shipping or other types of promotional discounts.

b) If a product is not to your liking, but not defective you may return the product at your own expense to Best of Canvas within 10 days from the date of shipment of the product. If the product is received by Best of Canvas unused and in its original condition, we will either, issue a credit for or a refund of the original purchase price of the product, minus the original shipping cost and any taxes paid
