Your purchase of Products using ELITECANVASPRINT.COM  is subject to these terms of sale. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

Rights to Using Uploaded Images

You represent and warrant that the image is owned by you or that it is in the public domain. You also agree not to upload images that contain discriminatory content. If you knowingly or unknowingly uploaded a copyrighted image which you have no right to use, you assume full responsibility for any possible legal consequences and shall not consider ELITECANVASPRINT.COM responsible for any illegal actions.

We do not use your uploaded images for any purpose other than to execute a specific order. Uploaded images are deleted on a regular basis, so beware your images are not stored permanently. We reserve the right to remove any uploaded image at any time without explanation.

COLOR MATCHING and PROOFS

You agree that ELITECANVASPRINT.COM does not guarantee that the colors as they appear on the screen will look the same as the colors as they appear on the purchased product. ELITECANVASPRINT.COM works hard to make the colors on the screen be as true as possible to the printed colors. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece.

You agree that ELITECANVASPRINT.COM is not responsible for the quality of the Images you upload or your choices in creating the Designs. Not every Image is suitable for a canvas print, and some Images are only suitable for canvas prints up to a certain size or in a certain format. Based on the DPI (Dots Per Inch) contained in your Image. You agree that you alone are responsible for making sure that the quality of the Image you are uploading is of high enough quality to be satisfactory to you at the size you select on the sign or product that you are purchasing and for your choice of format of your canvas print. Images are created and stored in a variety of ways and you agree that ELITECANVASPRINT.COM is not responsible for ensuring quality Images for any image file format available on the Site.

Production Time

You agree that CUSTOMCANVASPRO.COM will take at least 1 business days to produce your order from the purchase date. Additionally, you agree that our shipping time frame may depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order. However, we always strive to beat the production time and ship the purchased product earlier than anticipated.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders

ELITECANVASPRINT.COM offers electronic proofing services such as 3D visualization of images also known as PROOFS. Final representation of the provided images (PROOFS) within ELITECANVASPRINT.COM web site to create online proofs is by no means a 100% reproduction of your final printed canvas product but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. By placing an order, you agree that

• An order may not be canceled once it is "In Production".
• Orders placed, paid for and then canceled before 5pm CT on the same day may be refunded in full or booked as store credit to be applied to future orders.
• $15.00 cancellation fee applies for orders that are cancelled after 5pm CTc, of the order date.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your CUSTOMCANVASPRO.COM purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment  subject to the exceptions and restrictions listed below;

a) In cases where the return/refund is due to your order arriving damaged or with a defect confirmed by us, take a photograph of the defective product and send the photograph to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph we will at our discretion either provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your cost of return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges may apply to orders with free shipping or other types of promotional discounts.

b) If a product is not to your liking, but not defective you may return the product at your own expense to ELITE CANVAS PRINT within 30 days from the date of shipment  of the product. If the product is received by ELITE CANVAS PRINT unused and in its original condition, we will either, issue a credit for or a refund of the original purchase price of the product, minus the original shipping cost and any taxes paid
